WE OFFER FREE AU DELIVERY ON ALL OVERS $150!

Ashlee Grace processes online orders from Monday to Friday (except public holidays) and make every effort to fulfill orders within 24 hours (subject to stock availability). Orders placed Friday to Sunday and public holidays are processed on the next available business day.

CLICK & COLLECT

Ashlee Grace offers a Click & Collect service so you can pick up your order quickly and safely from our retail store. Simply select the 'Pick up' option at the online checkout when ordering. Once your order is processed, you'll receive a notification that it's ready for collection. Please view our store hours for collection days & times.

Whilst every care is taken to ensure accurate and safe delivery, Ashlee Grace is not responsible for damage or delays caused by unforeseen circumstances or for any other reason, out of our control once the package has been dispatched from our premises. Ashlee Grace will work with the customer to resolve any issues that may arise as a result of a third party failure.

Ashlee Grace is not responsible for payment of return shipping costs or costs to re-deliver the order if an incorrect address is supplied or if there are multiple failed attempts to reach the recipient at point of delivery or otherwise. The customer is responsible for all delivery costs associated with returned packages due to failed delivery which is not the fault of Ashlee Grace or our third party couriers.
