HOW DO I SIGN UP?

HOW DOES THE PROGRAM WORK?

Anytime you shop in-store or online, you'll earn 1 point for every $1 you spend. Loyalty points will automatically be added to your account. If you're shopping in-store, please remember to let us know that you have a Loyalty Account with us so your points can be attributed to your account.

    HOW DO I EARN LOYALTY POINTS?

    As a way of saying thank you for your loyalty, we're offering the following benefits:

    • 1 Point for every $1 spent in-store or online

    • 100 Points for signing up to our Loyalty Program

    • 100 Points to celebrate your birthday each year

    • 50 Points for liking/following us on Facebook/Instagram

    • Refer a friend and you'll both receive a $10 off discount

    HOW DO I CHECK MY LOYALTY POINTS BALANCE?

    Anytime you want to check your loyalty points, simply click on the 'REWARDS' button on the bottom left hand corner of the screen and login to check your account balance.

    HOW DO I REDEEM LOYALTY POINTS?

    As soon as you've accumulated enough loyalty points to unlock a discount, you'll be notified by email. Log in to your Loyalty Account to check which discounts are available and you can choose whether to redeem this in-store or online. Please note: you're only able to claim one discount per order.

    HOW DO I REFER A FRIEND? 

    We love friends ... and we love referrals! To say thank you for any friend referrals (that don't already have an Ashlee Grace account), you'll both receive a $10 once they make their first order. Please click on the 'Refer Your Friends' tab within your account and share the unique link to ensure the referral points are attributed to your account. 

    WHAT OTHER BENEFITS ARE THERE?

    Once you've opened your account and completed your profile, you'll start earning points for every purchase. You'll also receive a birthday gift each year. You'll be treated as a VIP and be the first to hear about special offers, sales and events.
