Ashlee Grace wants you to love your purchase. If this is not the case, please find details of our Refund Policy below.

We offer a 30 day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return/refund. Please ensure that items are tried on over your own underwear. In the interest of hygiene, we may refuse returned items where we reasonably consider that this has not been done.

REFUNDS, RETURN & EXCHANGE
To be eligible for a refund/return, you'll need to:

  • Complete the Return/Exchange form;
  • Ensure your item is in the same condition that it was received (unworn, unused, with tags & hygiene stickers attached); and
  • Provide original receipt or proof of purchase.

Please Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is damaged or faulty.

DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or incorrect, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or refunds on sale items.

 Please complete or return/exchange form we will act on your instructions as soon as received. Refunds will be processed to the original purchase method.
