SWIM CLUB VIP Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: 1 June, 2026

Welcome to the Ashlee Grace Activewear & Swimwear SWIM CLUB VIP Program ("VIP Program"). By participating in the VIP Program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility

Membership is free and available to eligible customers who are current members of a registered swim, surf, or triathlon club participating in the Ashlee Grace Swim Club Program.

Purchases made using staff discounts are not eligible to earn points.

2. Enrolment

Customers may enrol online or in-store using approved registration methods. Members must ensure all account information is accurate and current.

3. Earning Points

Members earn 3 points for every AUD $1 spent on eligible purchases.
Points apply only to purchases made after enrolment.
Gift cards, shipping fees, taxes, refunds, and excluded products are not eligible unless otherwise stated.
Points may take up to 72 hours to appear in member accounts.

4. VIP Discounts

VIP members may receive exclusive discounts on selected products, promotions, or events at the discretion of Ashlee Grace Activewear & Swimwear.

5. Club Eligibility

To participate in the VIP Program, members must belong to a registered swim club participating in the Ashlee Grace Swim Club Program.

6. Redeeming Rewards

Accumulated points may be redeemed for approved rewards.

Examples:

100 points = $5 reward
200 points = $10 reward

Rewards:

are not redeemable for cash;
are non-transferable; and
may be subject to expiry dates.

7. Expiry of Points

Points expire after 12 months of inactivity unless otherwise advised.

8. Returns and Refunds

Where purchases are returned or refunded, the associated points will be deducted from the member's account.

9. Account Misuse

Ashlee Grace Activewear & Swimwear reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships where misuse, fraud, unauthorised resale activity, or breaches of these Terms & Conditions occur.

10. Program Changes

Ashlee Grace Activewear & Swimwear may modify or discontinue the VIP Program at any time, subject to applicable Australian laws.

11. Privacy

Personal information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Ashlee Grace Activewear & Swimwear Privacy Policy.

12. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or guarantees available under the Australian Consumer Law.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

Ashlee Grace Swim Club Program Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: 1 June 2026

1. Program Overview

The Ashlee Grace Swim Club Program is available to registered swimming clubs, surf clubs, and triathlon clubs operating within Australia.

2. Membership

Membership is free of charge.

3. Marketing Participation

Participating clubs agree to receive marketing and promotional communications from Ashlee Grace Activewear & Swimwear related to the Program.

4. Club Benefits

Eligible clubs may apply to receive a yearly donation of up to AUD $200 in products or vouchers.

5. Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for the annual donation:

the participating club's members must collectively spend AUD $2,000 or more during the relevant calendar year; and
the club must remain an active participant in the Program.

Eligibility is assessed annually and does not carry over between years.

6. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.

7. Privacy

Any personal information collected as part of the Program will be managed in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

8. Program Changes

Ashlee Grace Activewear & Swimwear may amend, suspend, or discontinue the Program at any time, subject to applicable Australian laws.
