Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions

The following Terms & Conditions have been updated for Australian businesses and revised to align with Australian Consumer Law and Australian privacy legislation.

1. Standard Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: 1 June, 2026

Welcome to the Ashlee Grace Activewear & Swimwear Loyalty Program ("Program"). By enrolling in or participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility

Membership is free and available to individuals aged 18 years or older with a valid email address and/or mobile phone number. Purchases made using staff discounts are not eligible to earn loyalty points.

2. Enrolment

Customers may enrol in-store, online, or through approved registration methods. Members are responsible for ensuring account details remain accurate and up to date. Only one loyalty account is permitted per individual.

3. Earning Points

Members earn points on eligible purchases made at participating Ashlee Grace Activewear & Swimwear stores or approved online platforms.

  • 2 points are awarded for every AUD $1 spent on eligible purchases.
  • Points are only awarded on purchases made after enrolment.
  • Gift cards, shipping charges, taxes, refunds, and excluded products are not eligible unless otherwise stated.
  • Points may take up to 72 hours to appear in a member's account.

4. Redeeming Rewards

Accumulated points may be redeemed for rewards determined by Ashlee Grace Activewear & Swimwear.

Examples:

  • 100 points = $5 reward
  • 200 points = $10 reward

Rewards:

  • cannot be exchanged for cash;
  • are non-transferable; and
  • must be redeemed before expiry where applicable.

5. Expiry of Points

Points will expire after 12 months of account inactivity unless otherwise advised.

6. Returns and Refunds

Where a purchase earning points is returned or refunded, the corresponding points will be deducted from the member's account.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any rights a customer may have under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), including the Australian Consumer Law.

7. Account Misuse

Ashlee Grace Activewear & Swimwear may suspend or terminate membership where fraudulent activity, misuse, multiple accounts, unauthorised resale activity, or breaches of these Terms & Conditions are identified.

8. Program Changes

Ashlee Grace Activewear & Swimwear may amend, suspend, or terminate the Program, including point values and reward structures, at any time. Any material changes will be published on the relevant website or otherwise communicated to members.

9. Privacy

Personal information collected through the Program will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Ashlee Grace Activewear & Swimwear Privacy Policy.

Information may be used for:

  • administering loyalty accounts;
  • customer support;
  • marketing and promotional communications; and
  • improving products and services.

Members may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ashlee Grace Activewear & Swimwear is not liable for delays, technical malfunctions, system outages, or unauthorised account access impacting the Program.

Nothing in these Terms limits, excludes, or modifies any consumer guarantees or rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia.
